After a bill passes, the Governor has ten days to sign or veto the bill. If the Governor does not sign or veto within the ten days, the bill becomes enacted. Still waiting on North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper to respond. He has had the bill on his desk since last Friday with no response. Keeping our fingers crossed until next Monday!!
