I am petitioning for fair and thorough investigations against the male healthcare worker who has molested me twice after treatment at the treatment providing hospital. Just to save their reputation and cover up the offence the senior nurses are pretending nothing ever happened and claiming I have imagined it. I cannot believe how much morality and ingertity lacks amongst individuals who are supposed to be care providers.

Despite reporting the offences to the police they have taken little interest and have failed to initiate a proper investigation. They have not arrested nor interviewed the perpretrator whom lurks freely with no remorse whatsoever within the same healthcare establishment where I see my abuser daily. Just to tease, intimidate and threaten me further the head matron allows for him to attend my place of treatment eventhough he is not allowed to be within the unit.

It is revolting that despite such a heinous crime being committed the sexual offender has not been charged nor is his crime being taken seriously. He has not been removed from his place of work despite his crimes. Instead they are trying to silence us. Until a proper investigation is completed he is a threat to other patients, and the hospital are putting the safety of others at risk. 

I demand justice!

I have been left mortified, traumatised, humiliated and have been degraded. I am so embarrassed that I am still in denial. On Tuesday 22nd November 2022 a male healthcare assistant of South Asian origin, who I at the unit have called brother in my language, indecently grabbed me from behind interlocking his arms with mine latching onto me without my consent and for no reason existing to do so whatsoever. The same male healthcare assistant assaulted me on Tuesday 15th November 2022 whereby he placed his arms around my waist from behind without my consent or knowledge, but I did not tell anyone including my family at first as I did not know what to do, I was shocked and I did not want to escalate the matter, due to the existing tension that lies between us and the Imperial London College Healthcare Trust. There was no need for any member of staff to touch me let alone a male member of staff in this way or in any way at all. This is a form of sexual harassment with intention to assualt. A senior nurse stood in close proximity behind me laughing at the situation and may have instigated this physical abuse. Other nurses including the head matron sat at the nurses station which gave a direct and clear view of the incident. I am also very frail and anyone touching me without my knowledge can startle me which can lead to me losing my balance. I had to twist myself to be released from his grip. Eventually when I got to the waiting area to wait for my daughter to collect me I did not even notice that my shirt had fallen off my shoulders because of the assault, a receptionist who came after a few minutes to give me a letter fixed my shirt for me. This is horrible! There are many witnesses but whether they will follow the right path and speak up is highly doubtable. I cannot beleive they did this to me, a patient, I was grabbed and molested within a healthcare establishment, a place which is known to provide care, safety, assurance and assistance. This took place that too after my dialysis treatment. I am a renal patient and have no choice but to go for my treatment at the same hospital despite what I have endured, I have told them I wish to move to a different Trust/hospital but they do not let me! The are taking advantage of my vulnerability! This recent assault has been reported to the police.

First it was verbal abuse and bullying, but now they have resorted to physical harassment and indecent touching! I don’t know what to do, I feel if I remain silent anymore they will continue, and this will just get worse for me and my daughter.  

In relation to the above I must also mention the reason for the existing tension between the Trust and us. About 4 years ago a nurse part of the same Trust but a different hospital gave me an overdose of a drug which resulted in half the hair on my head to fall out and I had various other symptoms at the time, my hair still has not grown back. The overdose given could have been fatal. The same nurse was intimidating and controling. She would harass me and despite telling the department to keep her away from me they would increase my encounter with her on purpose. Me and my daughter complained to various bodies but no justice was served. The internal hospital investigation was biased, flawed and was not conducted fairly, robustly or thoroughly in fact I do not think it was even completed. All we did was make a genuine and honest complaint innocently in hope that a fair investigation would take place and a resolution would be sought to, but little did we know that it was the beginning of a one-sided war! After making the complaint the entire hospital turned against us, they moved us from our local hospital against our will to a hospital further from our home, to better keep an eye on us, punish us, control us further and torture us better. The amount of horrid and hateful filled unlawful acts they have comitted against my daughter and I are not only shocking but unbelievable! We have been verbally abused, targeted on a personal level, harassed, victimised, manipulated, bullied, mocked, humiliated, threatened, disrespected, intimidated, mentally tortured, at every opportunity they gained they tried to psychologically hurt, caused distress, implement fear, spread rumours about us, create fake scenarios to manipulate and attack, and the list is never-ending; all for just using our basic constitutional rights as a patient and a concerned relative of a patient. They have plotted, planned and schemed; their games of charades against us still continues! We did not know that the system was so inhumane, impure and corrupt! They would mess with my treatment, tamper with my dialysis machine, provide poor healthcare and create scenarios that would leave us distressed and damaged. They even lied about us to others we asked for help, and also used lies to gather people they used against us. I am unaware of the offerings of any incentives, perks and/or bribes given to the people they used against us, but it is something which is possible and not difficult to implement by large organisations. They have attempted numerously to tarnish our reputation within society and have spread untrue rumours about us. Not only did they abuse their power against me and my daughter during dialysis treatment, but my daughter works part of North West London University Healthcare Trust, they began abusing and bullying her there. She has had to go off on numerous amounts of sick leaves due to the mental torture and stress. The worst of it all is that her management and colleagues still continue the maltreatment till today. Moreover, my daughter successfully enrolled into university to study but Imperial London College Healthcare Trust got involved as it was the same Trust she attended after university enrolment for placement where the initial complaint was made, which ultimately has resulted in the university dismissing her unfairly. It is shameful that within a society that is made up of humans, and in which one would think the essence of humanity is prime still myself and my daughter till today are subjected to harassment and ill-treatment. I cannot emphasise enough the amount of torture and torment we have unnecessarily been made to go through, we have made many complaints but nothing has improved. We made our local MP aware, at that point the renal lead consultant threatened my daughter waiting for me outside the dialysis unit 'that this must all stop now’. For the past 4 years me and my daughter have been enduring, we have endured so much that we have become immune, but last month they struck again not with the usual verbal abuse but physical assault and sexual harassment.

They have made our life extremely difficult to live for the past 4 years. They have repeatedly punished us just for making a complaint. Making a complaint is every human-beings basic constitutional right. They have punished us, we are still being punished and have been continually punished for the past 4 years!

Data Protection and GDPR does not exist, our personal, sensitive and confidential information has been shared amongst people who should not have been made aware.

Me and my daughter's multiple Human Rights have been violeted repeatedly, as well as we have been victims of discrimination for making a honest complaint which is our basic human right!

On top of it all, my daughter has been banned from the dialysis unit for no reason - they claim she is disruptive but she is not. They have a problem with my daughter because she raises my concerns and catches them red-handed. My daughter is my carer, she has every right to be with me whilst I receive a four hour treatment, especially when the criminals are allowed freely to harass me as much as they want, and the sexual offender is still allowed into the unit to threaten.

The tyrants have openly targeted and penalised us. We have been subjected to unfairness and prejudice for the entirety of the four years, which frankly is a very long time! 

I feel rather than carrying out criminal-like activities all they should have done is communicate with us on a human level, we are law-abiding citizens and at every stage we have tried to collaborate.

It is such a shame that our MP has also let us down, we have contacted many relevant external bodies but many have not contacted us back. The hospital’s complaints department and our MP have all gone silent. Our complaint is being overlooked and a month since reporting, it still remains unnoticed.

It is really shameful that such indecent perverted men reside in our society, individuals who have no shame whatsoever nor care about how the victim will feel. It is even more shocking to know that such an individual works within healthcare. It is a handful of indecent and predator-natured men like this who give decent men a bad label, it is a shame that the entire male species has to endure due to the ill-doings of the former-kind. 

Unknowingly, we have been exposed to the most wretched of this society, those who make this entire system unclean. They are not uniformed healthcare providers, they are monsters in disguise!

It is absolutely painful to realise that in this modern democratic society we have been victims of bigotry, oppression and dictatorship. It is also appalling to know that tyrants in this day-and-age still rule and exist but instead of being out in the open they are sugar-coated disguised as sophisticated professionals.

We cannot remain silent any longer, because if we do we would not only be wronging ourselves but putting the public in danger as well!

I need your help! I have decided to petition to get my voice heard, the people in power, power abusers and corruptors are trying to silence me just to save their reputation despite knowing a crime has been committed. I need your help to push the police and hospital to carry out an unbiased, flawless and proper investigation against my abuser. Please help!
