What other options were considered before coming to this determination? Please join Columbian for a second community meeting on 11/2 at 3:30pm with a DPS board member to ask these questions and more. Free child care will be provided. Please consider attending this meeting to let the members of the board know our community does not support decisions being made without input from the community. These are children and families, not cattle you can herd over to the next building. Let’s let the board know all of the amazing things going on in our schools that they have no idea about because they’re not there on a day-to-day basis. Let’s tell them about the amazing educators and staff members in our schools that care for our children every day. Let’s tell them about the loss we face if they take it all away.
