Despite many requesting a hybrid or in-person meeting, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are determined to limit/avoid face-to-face debate and stifle open discussion.

Not surprising given the scale of opposition to these failed plans and support for more sustainable alternatives.

As such, there will be online session regarding the latest (and still controversial) Shanganagh Park Phase 1 plans this evening, Tuesday 18th April from 6.30pm – 7.45pm.

Local residents can access the session via:
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82641131526?pwd=ZGN4WVEySlFvRndyb0FUbExNUVZZdz09

The agenda for this session is as follows:

- Presentation of revised plans by dlr
- Participant Q&A
- Discussion around a future community forum to co-manage issues in Shanganagh Park

If you are unable to make this session, there will be another public webinar on Wed 26th April which you can register for at www.dlrcoco.ie/shanganagh23 - use this link to also view details of the latest plans.

Prior to making your own individual submissions closer to the 22 May deadline, please visit www.change.org/SaveShanganaghPark for more background as to why these plans fail the community, sports clubs, and the biodiversity and natural environment of the park.

Thank you and please help spread the word!
