Hello everyone. Once again I want to thank all of you for your support! We are not going to give up till the very last second to help save Rocky's life. And believe me everyday I learn what an uphill climb this is going to be! It would seem that the political corruption and abusive power stems quite far and deep within the town of St Catharine's Ontario. Because I want to keep everybody up to date and keep everything open, it has been brought to light that about 5 years ago there was an incident that involved rocky. Two teenagers were fighting on the lawn when the owner of the house opened the door to see what was going on and what all the noise was about, Rocky came out and it was claimed that Rocky bit one of the teenagers. One of the NRP police officers that were there and witnessed the scratch on the teenagers leg agreed that it was a scratch not a bite and it would be actually hard to determine if it happened through the scuffle or with Rocky. Either way there was nothing filed there was no charges there was no need to go any further, even according to the NRP police officer. Everything was closed and nothing more was to be done. Now here's the sad part because of the political pull that Joe Kushner has, these people will not come forward and go on the record! I find this disgusting with the life of a dog hanging in the balance and both of them knowing the dog personally and admitting that they feel safer in Rocky's presence then without him will not go that extra mile to break the corruption of one politician?! What is going on St catharine's? I know if I live there I'd be furious in demanding answers. If this man has this much control here what else is he controlling? Sad that people just can't be compelled to do the right thing but that's where we are with this. So Joe Kushner and the board of director for the humane society Kevin are both trying to spin this tail to say that Rocky viciously attacked a child! Please please I am begging all of you do not stand for this especially if you live within the town of St Catharine's or Niagara! there's nothing more clear here than a direct abuse of power and twisting of words to meet their own needs! Joe Kushner is on the board of the humane society and on the vicious dog council, why else would he be pushing this forward but to pad his own pockets! Please if you're in the area show up on Tuesday at the Welland courthouse at 9:00 a.m. and show your support for Rocky let them know that this is not okay!!!
