Rocky was supposed to be released after his 21-day quarantine. However on the 21st day Kushner had him deemed as a vicious dog. This means he's been moved to a back part of the humane society where no one is allowed updates not even his family. He's not allowed to be seen or visited at all. This senior dog I'm sure is going to a deep depression at this point as it's been over 40 days he's been forced to sleep on a cold floor. Don't forget he is a disabled dog that has trouble walking!

Please send a email immediately or call Mayor Cisco and demand that Rocky have Justice!
