Adebayo: Not sure what to say - you know what your organisations did. I have been begging for answers for months - ironic how one tweet got ur attention - we can rake the details if you want but I’m exhausted - I will be grateful for your suggestions on how to remedy the situation ASAP

O2: When you spoke to our complaints team, did you receive a final position?
Adebsyo: Yes I did - from your colleague, Kerry Shannon - I can email it to you if you want
Adebayo: I also have a final position letter from your agents - Carphone Warehouse Their bizarre explanation for the lapse on id verification: “In terms of verification our Retail Team confirmed the correct process has been carried out, the store use chip and pin and staff check with customers that the bank details are correct”
O2: As you've been given a final position we're unable to discuss this any further. If you're wanting to escalate you'll need to follow the steps mentioned in our final position.
Adebayo: Well I did mention after ur 1st tweet - so if u read my my http://Change.org Petition my tweet mentioned the Financial Ombudsman Service - tot u guys wanted to settle now that u have seen the scale of the deception so what exactly were you after?
Adebayo: Are we to accept that the facts and truth don’t matter? I believe it’s in O2 best interest to right this egregious wrongdoing. I am willing to reach an amicable settlement in ending this unacceptable situation - 1. Whoever is behind this has to STOP the attacks personal and covert forever. 2. I am financially compensated adequately for the mental harm and stress etc by the 5 entities involved. Many thanks and I look fwd to ur positive response.

Adebayo: Im not following the logic or reasoning here - what was this fact finding exercise about? It just proves what I have been saying - things have gone out of control at O2 cos u guys wield too much power over our lives - Days of slavery over - I don’t feel particularly safe after this charade - why are you asking me for information when your organisation has already given a final position? - �♂️
