Dont let them deport my British husband!!

The Issue

mohammed is 36 years old and has been in the uk since he was 4 years old, went to school here, worked and studied here.he has a white British wife and three children and suffers with severe mental health (PTSD & PHYCOSIS)He was trafficked here when he was a child these families used his dad for there own gain of citizenship in this country.then when Mohammed was suffering the MOST they sat back and did NOTHING. No support, no guidance. He shockingly has no one other then his wife & children fighting his corner.Mohammed is not perfect and would be the first to admit it, although he (nor do our children) deserve what he has been made to suffer at the hands of the home office and there hostile impact processes. Mohammed was convicted of a criminal offence when he was 18, after serving a 12 month sentence he was released with no further issue. 5 years later (by which point he had met his wife and had children) the home office decided to issue a deportation order for him, they revoked his ILR and said he was not entitled to work, study, access benefits or healthcare. He was not allowed to rent or access housing, they also revoked his driving license. He was then left unable to support his wife and children and his mental health took a detrimental turn, unable to support himself and family he admittedly did not help himself by getting into trouble here and there and due to being from a Somali background where mental health is taboo did not want to engage with services, although he did end up seeking help and support and got to a really good place winning his asylum hearing in court and winning compensation for illegal detention things were really looking up when the home office decided to appeal the judges decision, causing Mohammed to spiral into another mental health episode. His wife also lost a baby through the stress. He is currently being detained under immigration powers pending the appeal on the 1st September where they are trying to remove him to a country he is NOT from under a NAME that is not his!! He has no family or freinds there, he was taken from his mum&dad at 4 years old and has not seen them since, he does not speak the language and is unable to work etc through the mental health and state of the country, they are sending him somewhere he is not from and using incorrect information in there paperwork. They are refusing to give him his medication or acknowledge he is unwell even though we have sued them previously for illegal detention. They will not adjourn the hearing so he can gain representation and council even though he is detained and unable we have spent our life savings on legal fees and no solicitor will take the case on a legal aid basis!!we need all the help we can get in getting recognition and justice for Mohammed. They are getting away with murder literally! They believe they get away with this as we are quiet, we are smaller then them! I don’t believe anyone should be treated in the disgusting ways this government has forced not just Mohammed but his British wife and children to live with.  We need them to know people make mistakes but should not be forced into poverty alongside there families and live like dogs because of it. And we stand for what is right! They are breaching not just his but his families human rights!!! Please help me stop them deporting him and MURDERING this man that could have a healthy, happy life. Please please sign it just takes a minute.. thank you so much!
