We are trying to make the area around Broomhill Infant School a safer place. We would like Sheffield council to reconsider its position regarding traffic calming. At least 113 children and their families walk to school and their safety during their journey to school is a constant worry. There are also two nurseries on Beech Hill Road and we feel there is significant Numbers of families using this busy road to justify traffic calming measures. Despite requests, the council has not supported our concerns.
