To the Honorable Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America , 

We the undersigned, respectfully call on you today to grant an Executive Pardon to Robert Sylvester Kelly, currently incarcerated at Federal Corrections Institute Butner Medium. Mr. Kelly is serving two concurrent sentences, in two different jurisdictions, having already served at the time of this petition approximately 5 yrs and 5 months. 

In the Eastern District of NY, which carries the larger of the two sentences he received, which is 30 years, Robert Sylvester Kelly was wrongfully convicted of several counts of “ racketeering “, basically as a one man “ Enterprise “. Subsequently in the Northern District of Illinois a year later he was convicted on 6 of the 13 counts he faced in another unfair witch hunt. The 6 convictions involved alleged acts of “ enticing a minor to engage in sex acts and 3 recycled counts of allegedly “ producing child porn “ rehashed from his 2008 trials that he was ultimately cleared of.

Due to the current era of the metoo movement, the rise of “ toxic masculinity “ rhetoric, and the persistent climate of feminist terrorist groups, along with the usual exploitation of celebrities or well to do men, all with the help of media to boot, Robert Sylvester Kelly became an easy target for all the elements mentioned above, not including the predatory and malicious actions of prosecutors and scorned, yet greedy volunteers, posing as “ victims “. As you well know, due to your very own battles with media and the assistance provided by media to those who want to get in on the gravy train of profit and clout at your expense, the media is where the problems all start and similarly that’s where it all started for Mr. Kelly. 

As a person who started in humble beginnings who later found his way singing on subway platforms in Chicago, Mr. Kelly quickly rose to super stardom and with that super stardom of course comes the typical attachment of those who will do anything to be in the presence of that super star. Not long after gaining significant ground in the world of music and living the very common and typical lifestyle as a musician, along with jealousy and envy from those around him, Robert also attracted and became the target of vengeful former manager’s that were fired, as well as scorned girlfriends or sexual acquaintances. With the ever present stench of greed looming, this soon brought about unfair rumors by these greedy characters, later to be picked up, pushed and perpetuated by the media. These rumors, etc intern brought about a stigma that can’t be erased, sort of like an eternal cloud hanging over Robert forever, no matter what good he did in the community, whether it was paying for funerals of actual true victims of violence or tragedy as a whole, in many ways like yourself Mr. Kelly was now a subject of fake news and a cloud of stigma that followed him endlessly. 

In the early 2000’s a vengeful former employee and stalker posing as a journalist were major players in his first trial of alleged sexual misconduct in 2008, which he was acquitted of all charges only to later have some of the exact same, if not very similar charges brought about later in 2019. A tape that was the center of extortion attempts, that even by the admission of the government in the 2022 federal case, went through several hands and apparently was altered or tampered with, this tape ultimately became the crux of the Northern District of Illinois Federal case against Mr. Kelly. This infamous tape is the same “ child porn “ that they sensationalize in the media and that he has a 21 year prison sentence for in Illinois at this current time. 

In the Eastern District of New York’s case against Mr.Kelly the stage was set for some very shady characters or shall I say it was very fertile soil for opportunist to thrive in if you will, that actually you yourself Mr. President are very familiar with. One of these characters is a crooked, female attorney, who’s basically like an ambulance chaser who pops up all the time with regard to false claims of sexual abuse against celebs, basically a self proclaimed abuse victims advocate who exploits these cases and has represented clients against you as well. The other is a former male attorney and former adversary of yours who also represented or very poorly attempted to represent clients against you, but is currently serving a prison sentence for allegedly stealing, fraud and extortion by the name of Michael Avenatti. Both in an almost eery similarity spouted off against Mr. Kelly using the media as they did in your case as a loud speaker to spew their lies and fake news. 

These two characters were in on the collusion of injustice against Robert Kelly in a significant way, while the government, albeit securing guilty verdicts by a jury subconsciously brainwashed by the media, unsuccessfully; if were speaking about actual legalities tried to make the case that Robert Kelly somehow had an entourage, and a staff of employees around 24/7, etc, but somehow still acted alone with the alleged crimes of this alleged “ enterprise “. Although Robert was at the time, and for many years prior taking up residence at your very own Trump Towers, in one of your premium residential suites. 

Due to freezing of funds, people in his camp perpetually stealing his funds, etc as well as just a plethora of bad advice by those around him, Robert was unfortunately strapped with very inadequate council and legal representation, which actually, ultimately ended up being lack of council to represent him at all and for those still remaining, they later fumbled a very easy, ridiculous case against him in the NY racketeering case. As a result on June of 2022 Robert Kelly, also known as R.Kelly was sentenced to an overzealous 30 years by a New York Federal judge. 

While Mr. Kelly started his sentence during the height of the Covid pandemic and eventually caught covid a few times due to repeated refusals of bail, he managed to stay afloat in the midst of others dying from it while incarcerated, but he later succumbed to other health issues and an unfortunate physical assault while sleeping in his cell early on. At the time of these manufactured allegations, that all started with again, — the media and the airing of a tv series that it turns out has been proven to be replete with actual lies, titled “ Surviving R.Kelly “ Mr. Kelly had no open cases or investigations against him for any crimes whatsoever and due to social media and the witch hunt that was born from It, on June 11th at 7pm while walking his dog in front of your very own Trump Towers, Robert Kelly unfortunately loss his freedom. 

A man that was simply living the life as an entertainer, while still trying to stay off the radar loss his freedom. A man that was lied on by many under the direction of more clever unseen hands, was quickly reminded that he was seen as nothing, but a human ATM or at the very least a clout generator to gain clout off of that could later be parlayed by those making allegations against R.Kelly into the lifestyle of the rich and famous. The collusion of many characters working together for the purpose of one goal …to simply take down R.Kelly, was running like a well oiled machine.

Regarding the media’s favorite topic of “ the underaged “ Many of these alleged claims involving supposed “underaged girls “ came at a time when Mr. Kelly himself was a younger man trying to acclimate to his surroundings of life as a rockstar in the entertainment industry, with many of the claims involving current convictions though, the word “ underaged “ was often used as a buzz word to grab attention and tug on the emotions of the audience with no mention of how Robert Kelly was often lied to regarding the age of the supposed “ victims “. While Robert Kelly was painted as the “ predator “, these same liars often used many deceptive tactics to target him in a predatory fashion. Often Mr. Kelly had staff vigorously checking ID’s before accepting these predatory advances, but unfortunately as we all know, which Mr. Kelly would find out later after the encounter or relationship, ID’s can be manipulated. 

There’s a plethora of issues that also clearly point to the railroading of R.Kelly, and why he should be pardoned, including the fact that with most if not all of the “ bad act witnesses “ that were paraded out by the government to convince the jury of patterns by Mr.Kelly, there were no substantiated police reports or criminal prosecutions sought by the supposed “ victims “ only financial restitution or payouts via a lawyer who many of the victims would be automatically referred to for civil lawsuits against Mr.Kelly. So there was essentially an ecosystem of people making allegations and 1 sole lawyer that would then take their cases, but whom was also working along side Mr.Kelly’s management, who would then write out the checks to these supposed “ victims “ , this would happen many times without Mr.Kelly having little to any knowledge of the payouts. These same people were forced back out to testify in the NY trial, unwillingly at times. 

While R.Kelly has admittedly noted in past interviews as well as a few songs that he hasn’t always been perfect in his relationships with women. It may be safe to say that many men have fallen short of being perfect. However this imperfection should not garner the actions of being called a “ monster “, “ super predator “, etc through extreme embellishments via the media that ultimately result in a sentence of basically life in prison. 

It is even documented that preceding and throughout both trials by the government against Robert Kelly that even those seen as “ victims “ were strongly against prison time for Mr.Kelly and did not feel he deserved any prison sentence, especially not any to the lengths of the sentence he actually received, so to the public we ask that you research and familiarize yourselves with the actual facts surrounding this injustice and sign this petition. For all these reasons above and many, many more, conveniently not disclosed by the media due to the overwhelming agenda against Robert Kelly, we the people believe that Robert Sylvester Kelly is very much so, the TRUE victim in all of this. 

Therefore we the undersigned ask you President Trump that he be granted a full Executive Pardon of both existing sentences in both NY and Illinois or at the least of these a commutation of the sentences thereof against him, with his ultimate sentence being time served. As someone who may understand the dangers of the bad media, overzealous prosecutions, and smear campaigns, we kindly urge your action and we the people thank you in advance for your compassion on this injustice of Robert Sylvester Kelly.
