Please Grant my Fanfic and Make a Serious-Toned Sequel About Cody's PTSD

The Issue

So, after "Once Upon a Studio" (2023) never got to be nominated for the 2024 Oscars, I was in a state of anger and sadness, and now, I fear Disney's going to go bankrupt later this decade if nobody does something to save the company from bankruptcy! [sigh] Why can't animation be respected like it was back in the old days?

Anyways, switching to this topic... ever since I watched "The Rescuers Down Under" (1990) in elementary school back in 2nd grade in 2008, I've always been disappointed with how the film played out, including its rushed ending, and I was also traumatized from watching the entire film myself, mostly the infamous "Croc Falls" scene, and I mean the scene where McLeach tries to have Cody devoured by the crocodiles, which that part terrified me the most. So traumatized that I literally avoided the film for 14 years!

Considering everything Cody went through while he was kidnapped by that poacher named McLeach, the poor kid will likely to have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) after being nearly murdered by McLeach (I'm talking about when McLeach was this close to succeeding when he shot the rope that was dangling Cody over the crocs, which literally caused the kid to fall over the waterfall to his near-death), and I'm very surprised that Cody never cried from being abused by McLeach.

I also hated that the animals McLeach captured never escaped on-screen, and that the rangers never confronted McLeach like they should have. McLeach should've been arrested for his crimes, or even immediately eaten by the crocodiles after falling into the river himself! McLeach's defeat wasn't good enough in my book, as I've always assumed that he survived falling over the waterfall.

I've always felt that characters like Cody's Mother need more screen-time, because we never got to see Cody reuniting with her, regarding the fact that most Disney mothers are either dead or missing, and we especially need to see some comfort/bonding moments between her and Cody, like I've always wanted since 2022.

If my fanfic, "Revenge of McLeach" was to be turned into a real Disney movie, then it has to be exactly in complete 2-D animation (hand-drawn animation), like the previous two "Rescuers" films were, instead of how "Wish" (2023) was animated, and it has to either be in the 1.85:1 format, or even the 2.39:1 format (the exact aspect ratio from "The Black Cauldron"). Also, we need Hans Zimmer to be in charge of the film's music, the one and only composer from "The Lion King" (both 1994 and 2019), and most importantly, we need to find suitable voice actors for each character after the deaths of Eva Gabor and John Candy, and we'll need to honor those two voices in the film's credits as well. Finally, my fanfic was to be turned into a film, then I hope it'll do better in box offices than "The Rescuers Down Under" did.

The story starts off with Cody having a nightmare about being fed to the crocs by McLeach, and right after his nightmare, he starts having flashbacks of his kidnapped moments, and the last flashback was foreshadowed, as if McLeach actually succeeded in severing the rope holding Cody via his rifle, and his sadist laughter is heard as the poor boy splashes into the water and falls over the waterfall to his death, then finally, Cody starts to feel traumatized after all the horrendous events he went through in the past few days, and thankfully, his mother comforted him from his horrible nightmare. In the next scene, after Cody went back to sleep in his hammock, we see a ranger searching at night for evidence of McLeach's assumed death, and after he approaches the bottom of the waterfall, and saw that McLeach's body was missing, the helpless ranger was assaulted and murdered by McLeach, who had been confirmed on-screen that he survived his fall over the crocodile falls. I won't be spoiling the rest of the story in this description, but if you want to find out more, then visit my "Revenge of McLeach" fanfic page, right here:

The main reason why I'm writing this, is because I want Cody to be a stronger character than he was in the previous film, and I also want him to be the film's true main protagonist, unlike Bernard and Bianca being the true main protagonists in the previous two films.

That's pretty much all I had to say in this subject. If any of you would like to participate in my "Revenge of McLeach" project and fanfic, then I'll be very grateful to have you in my project.
