UPDATE OCTOBER 1, 2023: PLEASE SEND YOUR SIGHTINGS WITH PHOTO, DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION DIRECTLY TO ME - MARLENE BRYENTON. THAT WAY, I WILL NOT MISS ANY. THANKS SO MUCH! MAMA BEAR.

This was a photo taken of Andrew October 1, 2021.  Andrew lived with us for two years after his marriage broke up due to his illness.  We helped get everything for his new apartment, which was located 5 minutes from our home.  Andrew is not well in this photo.  He has deteriorated steadily since this photo as he refused to take medication.

SIGHTINGS TODAY:
8:05 a.m. Andrew was at corner of Annette and Clendenan walking north on Clendenan. Andrew continued to walk on Annette heading east.
8:27 a.m. Exciting news: A couple went searching for Andrew this morning, as they wanted to give Andrew sneakers. They located Andrew at Lawrence and Black Creek. They both had conversations with Andrew. Andrew looked at the sneakers, but was not interested and walked away. A little later in the day a young lady sent me a YouTube video of Andrew entitled The Best Running Shoe. I did not know anything about this video until she brought it to my attention. Here is the video of Andrew when he was well. He taught Chinese children English and used props to help them learn in the VIP Kid Program. He was patient and kind and a wonderful online teacher. Andrew was a vibrant young man, husband, father and former Assistant Bank Manager. Here is the link, if you would like to see Andrew at a relatively healthy stage of his life. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=F3GVRyhd4iE
Now back to the story about the couple that located Andrew this morning.
The gentleman said that is is best to talk to Andrew when he is standing at a corner or in front of a store. He is more receptive to being approached. Listen to Andrew first. Engage in what he is talking about. Today he talked to an imaginary business client about risk management, signatures, writing up contracts, and getting paperwork ready. He did look at the gentleman a couple times during the conversation. Andrew was an Assistant Bank Manager but his illness caused him to lose his job 5 years ago.
The gentleman said that Andrew is in a zone when he is walking and he does not like to be approached at that time. They were shocked to see Andrew walking on and off the sidewalk onto the road.
Andrew said he had a little book when he was a little boy. This was in relation to his financial conversation. We are not sure which book he was talking about. A lady suggested it might be his little bank account book.
They said that Andrew had trimmed his moustache around his mouth above and below his lips. The lady offered him a muffin but he politely declined.
The couple sent videos and a photo. They followed the visit up with a wonderful telephone call. They told us all about their conversation with Andrew, and how delighted they were to find him. Lloyd and I both spoke with them and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
At 10:19 a.m. Andrew left at Keele and Lawrence southbound on Keele towards Eglington.
10:48 a.m. Andrew was seen walking down the street near Keele and Elginton.
12:00 p.m. Andrew is seen by several people at FreshCo Eglinton and Gabian - 2330 Eglinton Avenue. There was a lady who notified the manager about Andrew's situation, and asked him not to phone the police and to let him be. Andrew was not disturbing anyone. A lady gave him Gatorade and offered food.
2:45 p.m. Andrew is seen at JJP St. Clair and Caledonia sitting under a tree talking to himself.
3:28 p.m. Andrew was sleeping on the grass at St. Clair by Earlscourt in the Earlscout Park. A photo was sent.
6:15 p.m. Andrew is spotted at Davenport and Oakwood near Coast to Coast Seafood.
6:40 p.m. Andrew was at Bathurst and Nina, south of St. Clair.
7:15 p.m. Andrew was standing outside the east entrance of Dollarama at St. Clair and Bathurst.

ANDREW IS WEARING A NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS BROWNISH LONG SLEEVE SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS. ANDREW'S SIZE 13 SNEAKERS ARE IN SHREDS. ANDREW HAS REFUSED TO ACCEPT TWO PAIRS. ANDREW IS 39 years old, 6' 3", shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes, 190 pounds, and unshaven.

Andrew is an elite marathon runner, so moves quickly from place to place.  Andrew walked 30 km today His average is 25 - 40km per day rain or shine.

Andrew is suffering from a serious mental illness. He is not violent. Andrew does not realize that he is seriously ill due to his symptom of ANOSOGNOSIA. It also causes Andrew to have bad judgement, such as walking across a busy street, not in the crosswalk or walking back and forth onto the road from the sidewalk.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL ANDREW BY NAME, AS YOU WILL SPOOK HIM. YOU COULD CALL ANDREW, BUDDY.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL POLICE UNLESS ANDREW IS IN DISTRESS.

The PLEASE BRING ANDREW BRYENTON HOME TO P.EI. PETITION HAS 8342 signatures from caring and compassionate Ontario and P.E.I. residents. Here is the link: https://chng.it/TMKMZfHH2p It is fast and free.

My husband and I thank everyone who has touched Andrew's life in so many different ways. It could be a smile, offering food, water, money, clothing, sneakers or just saying, "hello". I believe it is a MIRACLE that thousands of people know about Andrew's plight, and are responding with kindness and compassion.

The people of Ontario have adopted our son and are working together to help save Andrew's life. We can not begin to thank you enough. Andrew has been in your care since January 2023.

A lady sent the following message, "It is so powerful how a loving community can move its members for an altruistic reason."

It is heartbreaking to see our son sleeping on the streets of Toronto and knowing that he is sleeping in the rain and colder temperatures, all alone, in the dark.

We are still waiting for the assurance that a psychiatrist at an Ontario hospital will admit Andrew, before we file our sixth Form 2 application. I have sent many letters directly to psychiatrists pleading for help.

Please continue to pray for our son, that God will grant a MIRACLE soon!
