UPDATE SEPTEMBER 30, 2023:
SIGHTINGS TODAY:
10:17 a.m. Andrew was seen on Kipling and Kingsview. He was talking to himself. A lady brought him a bag of treats including water, orange, apple, banana, and granola bars. She set them on the ground so Andrew could see them. Thanks very much for caring for our son.  Andrew is still wearing his old sneakers, so I guess he chose not to wear the sneakers that were generously left for him yesterday by Elizabeth.
10:31 a.m. Andrew was seen by a TTC bus driver. Andrew was walking on Kipling and Dixon Rod in Etobicoke. She contacted TTC security and she saw two police cars looking for Andrew.
11:58 a.m. Andrew was at Dixon and Skyway. He is walking west on Dixon Road. He circled the sewar in front of the lady 3 times in a ritualistic way and is talking to himself. Andrew is deteriorating daily. We need to get Andrew in the hospital soon. Is there a psychiatrist that is willing to admit Andrew?
2:58 p.m. Andrew was on Kipling heading towards Eglinton. HE GOT ON THE KIPLING BUS ON EGLINTON HEADING TOWARD KIPLING STATION. This is completely out of Andrew's routine. Wondering if Andrew is riding the bus because his sneakers are falling apart.
4:08 p.m. Andrew is at Eglinton and 401. I posted the photo.
4:10 p.m. Andrew was spotted walking westbound on Eglinton Ave. just past the East Mall.
4:30 p.m. Spotted Andrew by the Metro at Kipling and Eglinton.
5:43 p.m. Andrew was on Eglinton approaching Kipling.
7:06 p.m. Andrew was noticed by a biker at Jane and Eglinton (Eglinton Flats) Photos were sent.
Andrew has walked 14 km from his last destination yesterday.

ANDREW IS WEARING A NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS BROWNISH LONG SLEEVE SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS. ANDREW IS 6' 3", shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes, 190 pounds, and unshaven.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT PERHAPS ANDREW WILL NOT ACCEPT SNEAKERS, BECAUSE HE IS AN ELITE MARATHON RUNNER AND KNOWS THAT TRACKING CHIPS CAN BE HIDDEN IN THE SNEAKERS. THIS IS JUST OUR THEORY. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON WHY ANDREW HAS NOT ACCEPTED TWO LOVELY PAIRS OF SNEAKERS AND THIS MIGHT BE IT. ANDREW'S SNEAKERS ARE IN SHREDS.

We may have the same issue with a jacket, as Andrew is smart and knows air tags can be concealed in the lining of the jacket. There is a beautiful jacket, gloves, hat and socks being donated by an anonymous donor from the Jewish Community Group.

My husband and I thank everyone who has touched Andrew's life in so many different ways. It could be a smile, offering food, water, money, clothing, sneakers or just saying, "hello". The people of Ontario have adopted our son and are working together to help save Andrew's life. We can not begin to thank you enough.

A lady sent the following message, "It is so powerful how a loving community can move its members for an altruistic reason."

It is heartbreaking to see our son sleeping on the streets of Toronto and knowing that he is sleeping in the rain and colder temperatures, all alone, in the dark.

We are still waiting for the assurance that a psychiatrist at an Ontario hospital will admit Andrew, before we file our sixth Form 2 application. I have sent many letters directly to psychiatrists pleading for help.

Please continue to pray for our son, that God will grant a MIRACLE soon!
