Friends, Did you know that the #RuthBaderGinger movement has gone international? This week, this petition was mentioned not only on the Time and Fox News websites; it was even featured in the U.K.'s Daily Mail! The interest in our cause has been overwhelming, and I'm happy to say we've reached almost 4,000 signatures. Unfortunately, Ben & Jerry's has yet to acknowledge this petition. It seems that ignoring 4,000 voices is easy. Which is why we should make it harder for them. At this point, we're only 1,100 or so signatures away from reaching our "goal" of 5,000 signatures. My goal, however, is not to reach 5,000 people. Rather, it's to reach so many signatures that Ben & Jerry's has no choice but to acknowledge us. Today, I'm asking all of you to share this post with just ONE other person. Send it in an e-mail. Tweet it. Tag your friends on Facebook. Include a note about why you support the cause and why you think your friend should, too.
