My Granddaughter age 4  was attacked by a Dog from K.C. Project. And They would not pick up the dog when called. So Jennifer McWhirt in Animal Control of Raytown City Hall picked him up and Charge us with Dog Abandonment as well as Jennifer McWhirt told us that she had four other dog attacks from K.C. pet Project for that week. Now they have charge us $500.00. You either rush your child to the hospital or stay with a Dog that has attack your child so you don't get charged. And you want get a fair hearing because The Prosecutor and A Board member from K.C. project or married which is a conflict of interest and why we believe The Animal Control Officer Jennifer McWhirt changed her story. So please we ask you to sign the petition to change being charged for dog abandonment when you must get your child to the hospital and no one will pick up the attacking Dog.
