WE DID IT! VICTORY FOR THE DOGS OF KENTUCKY!

I am so excited and happy to announce to everyone that HB 428 passed the Senate this morning and is on the way to the Governor's desk to be signed into law! WE DID IT...WE DID IT...WE DID IT! Thank you to every single person who signed this petition, and every single person that picked up the phone and called those legislators! You are the reason this bill passed! We were told that the legislators were tired of all the phone calls and just wanted to get this bill out of the way! You did your job and it worked! I thank you, and the dogs of Kentucky say...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! A special thank you to Mary Karen and Speaker Greg Stumbo for shepherding this bill and all the hard work they put into it and all the political flack they took in the process! VICTORY!
