Today Jack would have been 8 years old. Anniversaries and Birthdays are always a difficult day for a bereaved person. This is why my campaign is so important. Hopefully employers will understand that Grief can come and Go over the years, and can be especially heightened at birthdays. To mark Jacks birthday today I'd like everyone to do one random act of kindness for someone. No act is too small. Remember we all need a little sunshine in our lives sometimes.
