Former Clorox Site Being Developed for Possible Costco or Walmart Contaminated

Water agency reported in March that there are "groundwater issues" and "contamination from [the] former Clorox property seeping into land" owned by LAVWMA. Should we be worried? Does it really make sense to build a possible Costco on a contaminated site? Unfortunately, we have more questions than answers...
