The site of the former Clorox campus at 7200 Johnson Drive is in the process of being demolished and "cleaned up" to potentially make way for high-traffic generating retail including a rumored Costco and other big box stores. The city is conducting studies to convert this site and eleven surrounding parcels from primarily industrial uses to commercial retail uses.
