Eric was tragically taken from us in Phenix City on September 26, 2003. Nearly 22 years later, his case remains unsolved and we have been denied access to the case files needed for transparency and to seek justice.

We have launched an email campaign urging Phenix City Police Chief George Staudinger and PCPD leadership to release the case files for Eric’s unsolved murder.

For almost 22 years, we have been kept in the dark without answers. Eric’s case has remained stagnant. But thanks to your support, we’re turning up the pressure. This new campaign allows supporters to send a direct email to PCPD leadership, calling for transparency, renewed investigation, and justice long overdue. Despite multiple requests, the files remain inaccessible to us. Through this campaign, we demand the department open the case files to us and authorized advocates so this investigation can finally move forward.
