For my brother, Troy Garcia, who has emerged as a beacon of strength and compassion through immense tragedy. His commitment to our family and community is unmatched, and despite the adversities we've endured, including the sudden loss of our mother in October 2021 and our older brother in October 2022, Troy has continually risen above. Not only has he saved my life, but he's also been a key support for many in our community. Troy does not need to be confined; he needs continued support to contribute positively to his community and his family the way he has been doing.
