Well, while playing Rainbow Six Siege on my PS4 3 days ago I received message about temporarily suspension of my account. The reason was violating rules in app named Message. The date of violation was 23.10.2014 and I got the message on 04.08.2016. 2 years later. I don't think that it's right to react so late. Plus I want them to double check their actions because I used this account for more than 3 years and I've spent a lot of money(approximately 500$) by buying digital copies and dlc's. Also I had some money on psn that day. I used live support chat to learn details but they said that my account was permanently banned for sharing pornographic content. I'm 100% sure that I've never done this type of things. It's just impossible. I want Sony to double check their actions and change my ban to temporarily ban If it's permanent. Because If this ban is permanent then that 500$ are the last that I've ever spent on Sony Playstation Products. This is very important to me because time that I've spent playing is hundreds of hours. I have level 14 psn account and lots of trophies. I had 1 week exclusive access to rainbow six dlc and now I can't even access my account. Sony just broke my heart. And if there's no solution to this I'm gonna switch my ps4 to Xbox one. Also I want to ask people to help me with this problem from the bottom of my heart.
