In 2022, Hasbro released "Power Rangers: Lightning Collection" figures of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers in their Ninja Ranger uniforms and included alternate, unmasked civilian heads for each character.  While these uniforms were on Season 3 of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers", the Ninja Ranger uniforms originated in the live-action 1995 film 'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie' by 20th Century Fox.

Fans were hopeful that this would mean figures of the Power Rangers in their 1995 movie uniforms would be made next, but due to the film rights held by 20th Century Fox, now named 20th Century Studios, and the "Power Rangers: Lightning Collection" toyline itself currently on hiatus and possibly cancelled, it is unknown if figures of the Rangers from their 1995 theatrical film can be made.  Since Hasbro has agreed to let Playmates Toys make "Power Rangers" toys beginning in October of 2025, we, the fans, would like to see Playmates try to make figures based on the 1995 'Power Rangers' movie.

We, the fans, would like to see Playmates Toys, Hasbro and 20th Century Studios come to some kind of legal agreement that would allow Hasbro to make action figures of all six Rangers from 'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie'.  If Playmates Toys does make figures based on the 1995 'Power Rangers' movie, fans hope to see new six-inch figures made of all six Power Rangers with an alternate civilian head for each Ranger included and to, hopefully, make all-new toys of other characters from the film as well, such as Alpha 5, Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, Goldar, Mordant, Dulcea, Ivan Ooze, Ivan's Ecto-Morphicon Titans, and of the Ninja Zords.  Fans also hope to see new items made based on the film, including Zords, playsets, role-play items like Power Morphers and helmets, and more.
