Hi residents! Once upon a time we were promised a nice park with playground equipment for our kids and that has been changed or simply left as just a green space on Timberview Dr. I personally have lived here since 2017 and was originally told that it was in the 5 year plan. Its now 2023 and still no word or exact timeline that I’m aware of. 

The goal of this petition is not to demand anything but to show that there is a large amount of local residents and youth interested in adding playground equipment to this green space. There is no centralized safe meet up for any of the kids in Timberview or Blooming Heights. There are plenty of houses here with multiple children that need this additional space sooner than later instead of playing on the sidewalks and sometimes streets.
