The BCSB wants your representatives to bail it out of a real estate transaction.  What has it contributed to your city's coffers these past 23 years while it sat on the parcel to earn this right?  ZERO!  

Instead of a life line, send a message that is loud and clear.  Your tax dollars aren't for sale to the highest bidder.  Hold your candidates and representatives to a simple standard. Future development projects must meet the underlying land use plan density requirements -- in this case, 3/du acre.  Develop land smartly and mindfully and don't accept the Hobson's Choice offered by the BCSB or its PR mouthpiece.  You hold the keys to power in this City.  Your representatives should work for you not for a lobbyist and certainly not for a PR mouthpiece.  Don't forget it.
