The Planning Commission should IMMEDIATELY issue a Stop Order to developments that have taken the property of adjoining owners unjustly and be diligent about protecting the property rights and Constitutional Rights of ALL citizens. 

• Issue a Stop Order for Fieldstone Park Subdivision for illegally digging, dumping, and taking from neighboring lands. 
• Do not allow planning staff or city staff to approve ANY subdivisions. This is the role of the Planning Commission and should ALWAYS allow for public hearings and public input. Change City Ordinances accordingly. 
• Do not approve any permits that require cooperation from adjoining landowners without proof in authentic act of the landowners approval AND certified title opinion showing ownership.  

Owning property is a fundamental right to all citizens and should never be taken from a private citizen for the benefit of another citizen. The planning commission and all city officials have a duty to uphold our rights. 

Land stealing can happen to anyone. We need to stand up to stop it now.
