NEW PROPOSED APPLICATION - DONNINGTON NEW HOMES PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT 7 JUL 16

To all Newbury friends who have been fighting against the Warren Road Access, outside the schools in Wash Common. In the Newbury Weekly News today: Public Consultation Event at Newbury Rugby Club from 3:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday July 7th by Donnington New Homes, concerning their NEW proposed application for 450 homes, including access from Warren Road and Kendrick Road. The scope of Donnington New Homes plans go well beyond the land allocation under CS3. It essentially increases the land mass by 25%. Therefore, it is essential that as many people attend as possible to show the strength of feeling within the Community against yet another planning application at a time when Sandleford is still under discussion and there are issues still to be resolved that will also be relevant to this proposed application, including the proposed access roads which we all feel so strongly against.
