We have over 1,100 signatures on this and we have only just begun informing the communities of Rocklin, Roseville and Lincoln of this plan by the County Supervisors. The Supervisors in conjunction with a Roseville City Councilman are planning on making our area the premier destination for the homeless in Northern California. Please continue to share this link with your friends and neighbors in Roseville. They need to be aware of this plan to build a small homeless city on the border of Roseville, Lincoln and Rocklin for transients and homeless.
