There are a subset of children that walk to the Conrad Weiser middle and high schools due to not having transportation offered to them.  These children must cross 422 at one of two intersections and there currently are no crossing guards placed there or anywhere at this time.  The two intersections in question are 422 and Robeson street by Dunkin' and 422 and Freeman street by Ozgoods. 

While we as parents instill common sense, teach them to be aware of their surroundings and how to cross streets, we can not teach drivers to be more aware.  Having a guard to halt traffic till all the children are across safely is a small request by concerned parents.
