On a two lane elevated highway, anything can happen. The speedbikes can always accidentally hit into stopped cars, on both the emergency lane, and speed lane (right lane) if a certain car failure occurs. 

The intention of the video is to remind us of the dangers of speeding, proper driving etiquettes, and road transport knowledge. 

But put that onto an elevated highway like SUKE, EKVE, DASH- it's a whole perspective altogether.
