Flash floods affect Klang valley every year, with a high cost to road and  infrastructure damage. It continuously happens year in and out. 

The local councils (DBKL, MBPJ, etc) can't even fix flash floods, a recurring incident for the last 20 years. How are they able to manage all the combined highways when the floods come about later this year once DASH, EKVE are open? And they want to build PJDLINK without the consequences of proper capacity, design and availability management planning?  Is this really 1st world infrastructure mindset?
