In recent years, Pizza Hut has changed the ingredients to several of their menu items, including their pizzas and their breadsticks.  Pizza Hut has included soy and soybean oil to most of its menu items and has added monosodium glutamate, also known as M.S.G, to some of its menu items and pizza toppings.  Soy, soybean oil and M.S.G. are known food allergens that cause consumers to have allergic reactions.  Soy can cause side effects for people with food allergies such as dizziness, abdominal pain, hives, runny nose and swelling of parts of the body such as the lips, tongue and throat, while monosodium glutamate can cause people with allergic reactions to have side effects like headache, nausea, chest pain and tingling or burning in the face, neck and/or other parts of the body.  The addition of Soy, Soybean Oil and M.S.G. to Pizza Hut's menu items has also affected the way the food tastes and their food does not taste the same as it used to as a result.  We, the fans, would like for Pizza Hut to bring back the original ingredients used in the 1980s and 1990s for their pizzas, their breadsticks and other food items.
