We’re launching a petition to bring NickToons: Animal Frenzy to life as an official Nickelodeon show, and we need YOUR support to make it happen! For years, fans have been clamoring for a NickToons crossover featuring the triumphant return of beloved shows like CatDog, Rocko’s Modern Life, and The Angry Beavers and others. Now is the time to bring these iconic characters back to the screen in a bold, nostalgic, and exciting new series!

With August 11th, 2026, marking the 35th anniversary of the birth of NickToons, there’s no better moment for Nickelodeon to embrace NickToons: Animal Frenzy and premiere it around this milestone date. This fan-driven project, created with love and passion, is the perfect way to celebrate the legacy of these classic shows while introducing them to new generations and rekindling the joy for longtime fans.

If Nickelodeon acquires NickToons: Animal Frenzy, I, Michael Johnson, would seek full creative control to ensure the series stays true to its vision. I envision it as a TV-PG/TV-14 show, tailored for adult viewers, airing on Nick at Nite and streaming on Paramount+. Infused with the wild, Ed, Edd n Eddy-style slapstick and iconic sound effects (think car horns, pig squeals, sumo wrestler grunts and etc.) The humor will be bold, nostalgic, and true to the spirit of the original NickToons. This series would blend the quirky charm of the ‘90s with a fresh, mature edge, making it a must-watch for both older fans and newer generations.

Imagine the thrill of seeing CatDog, Rocko, Daggett, Norbert, and more sharing the screen, voiced by legendary talents like Jim Cummings, Tom Kenny, Carlos Alazraqui, Richard Horvitz, Nick Bakay, and others. By bringing back as many original voice actors as possible, we can preserve the authenticity that made these characters unforgettable. Diehard Nickelodeon fans will tune in again and again, reliving their childhoods while new viewers discover the magic of these iconic shows.
