Dear Pioneer Canyon Homeowners,
Thank you for supporting the effort to recall our current HOA board leadership.
We’re writing to share important updates about the upcoming HOA meeting on Thursday, May 29th at 5:00 PM. In cooperation with Invest West Management (IWM) and the current board, this meeting will now be combined and held both in-person at the Ridgefield Library and on Zoom using IWM’s Zoom link. If you previously received a different Zoom link, that meeting will stay open to help redirect homeowners to the correct IWM Zoom.
To make sure your voice is heard, you must either attend the meeting or submit a signed proxy form. You can download the form here:
Please turn in your proxy to one of us, IWM, or the current board secretary before the meeting. If you don’t attend or submit a proxy, your vote won’t count, and the recall may not succeed.
Voting will take place online through VoteHOANow. You must attend the meeting in person or submit a proxy to receive a polling link. The polls will open the afternoon of Friday, May 30th.
This recall effort began with concerns about the proposed costs and debt related to repairing the townhome roofs. We also want to restore civility, transparency, and open communication in our community. We believe Pioneer Canyon deserves leadership that listens to homeowners and puts our shared interests first.
Thank you again for your support. Let’s work together to bring about positive change.
Sincerely,
Saar Picker, Lisa Marshall, Marcos Prollo, Cameron Richman, and other concerned homeowners
