Still crickets coming from the county. The deputies pointing fingers at the prosecution and the prosecution points fingers at the deputies and paperwork gets shuffled around and nothing’s getting done. It’s really very sad. My home is currently occupied full-time and I have serious security in place, but I’m not there because the county failed to keep me safe. There are warrants out for his arrest, but since it’s only a misdemeanor and Arizona doesn’t take those seriously obviously, they have not bothered to pick him up. He also has continued to abuse the legal system and he has written false and perjured statements. Of course, nothing was done about that. At this point, I am not giving up the fight. For anyone in Pinal county who has gone through domestic violence and who was not properly kept safe, feel free to contact me because there are others and we are talking about a class action. These are elected officials who are supposed to be upholding the law. Instead, they break their own laws. The very systems that are supposed to keep us safe are not keeping us safe.
