In November 2021 Moss Worthington “arranged” a pick up (abduction) of two 14yr old girls from their school. The girls were found 10 days later and Moss was taken into custody in Pima County, Tucson AZ. He held his victims for 10 days and did the unimaginable to them. When he was arrested and charged the families got a little peace knowing he was behind bars. The girls were reunited with their families to begin their long road of healing. Moss was being held on a $250,000 bond. Well on January 21, 2022 not even 2 months after he was charged with the horrific crimes he was set free. He was able to get a bond reduction to $50,000 granted by County Superior Court Judge James Marner. We need Moss is bail revoked, he is a danger to society and the Victims Deserve Better. I am asking you to please sign this petition so we can Help get these girls the Justice They Deserve. As well as show the IRRESPONSIBLY of Pima County by letting this evil Predator free. Our judicial system has failed way too many, it’s up to us to make a change. Pima County Tucson AZ failed these girls. They have also failed their families who counted on them to do the right thing for their daughters. These girls Deserve Justice and this Predator 33yr old man needs to be off the streets where he can’t hurt anyone else.  I for one will not sit quiet and let that happen.
