Attorney's covered their discussion items well. One of the senior members of the board was against Wingnuts as well as Kirk Johnson. A more Sr. member of the board praised Wingnuts and said they should have renewed the contract. Hawk Ruth was not in attendance and Chris Simpkins was running the meeting.
Based on the conversation the board and wingnuts decided to let the lawyers finalize a contract that can be voted on by a special meeting on 4/29 at 8am. Watch for emails from Paul and please show up the board definitely does not like seeing us present and chooses not to vote when we are in attendance.
One of the most important comments came from Kirk and the others on the board where they blatantly lied that the contract renewal was more about MONEY. The denied the original cause of issues being performance related.
