49 dogs were removed from Elmer Givens, Jr.‘s care and moved to Tacoma’s Humane Society after it was discovered that Elmer was running a dog fighting ring. Elmer was released from jail and faces no charges... on top of that, he’s petitioning the courts to have the dogs returned to him. Neither should be allowed to happen, it’s bad enough that in 2020 it’s a felony to abuse animals and he’s free, but to gain access back to the animals you abuse is disgusting. Help protect those animals and help sign this petition and show Pierce County’s police department that this cannot stand. Thank you!
