Here's what you need to know for the upcoming consular outreach from May 6th to 8th, 2023.
I. Passport Booking System

II. SSS Appointment Booking
For initial assistance, please send an email to toronto@sss.gov.ph
with the following information:
Complete name (maiden name & married name- for female members)
SSS number (if available)
Mobile number
Photos of your Passport and one other Canada identity card.
For Retiree applicants, please inform them also if you still have children below 21 years old and if you already have a Philippine Single Savings account.
In compliance with "The Data Privacy Act of 2012" the above information and identification are requested to safeguard members' records and ensure that information is released to the proper owner.
III. Dual Citizenship

If the documents are complete and the application is approved, we will contact you for the schedule of your oath-taking ceremony. You are required to bring the original documents during the oath-taking ceremony (personal appearance is required).

IV. Notarial Services

PERSONAL APPEARANCE:
Original document for notarization/authentication together with any valid IDs and photocopy(please see acceptable IDs below);
You may use your own form or fill up the form provided by the Philippine agency/office for you to comply.
Another set of documents to be notarized/authenticated with the photocopy of valid ID/s for the Consulate's file.
Payment fee of CS36.25 per set of documents, payable in cash or money order addressed to the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto.
Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

Acceptable VALID IDs are Philippine passport (for Filipino citizens), Canadian citizenship card or Canadian passport (for Canadian citizens), Driver's License, Permanent Residence Card, and Photo Card.
Documents pertaining to properties, extrajudicial settlement of the estate, court cases, contracts/agreements and bank-related transactions should be accompanied by copies of valid passports.
