Covid-19 has been a struggle for everyone in the world.  We are learning everyday how to cope with daily routines and ways to stay healthy.  Small businesses are one of them, especially restaurants.  As restrictions begin to lighten, restaurants will be the last industry to be considered.  Restaurants need a little help now, or many will close for good later.

New Jersey legislature has written a bill (Bill 3966) this past week to allow the sale of cocktails from restaurants to go.  This will be a great help to all struggling restaurants.  New York, DC, Florida, Texas, Illinois and Washington have already passed legislation allowing for these sales.  New Jersey needs to act NOW before more businesses go under. 

These sales also bring happiness to people at home!  People can order their favorite drinks, from their favorite restaurants and they can enjoy it in the safety of their own home.

If you have a favorite restaurant and you miss their beautifully crafted cocktails, this petition is for you.  This is your chance to change a law that can directly effect you during this time.  Look up the bill number!  Its a well written, fair bill.
