Antonio Wallace is an young African-American who was convicted back in April of 2013 of armed robbery, kidnapping and conspiracy to commit. During trial testimony was given by the victim, Antonio's co defendants and also different law officials who stated verbally for the record that Antonio did not Rob or kidnap the victim, and that Antonio was no where in the vicinity when this actual crime took place, records will show that sworn statement from an defective Adrian Ready from the ridgeland police department with 10+ years under his belt testified that said defendant Antonio Wallace was in fact in south Jackson at the time of the robbery and kidnapping picking up his daughter Alayna Wallace who at the time was around the age of 1. There was no physical evidence that placed Antonio Wallace at the scene, testimony from a kenisa rush who is also Antonio's child's mother testified that he had something to do with it, and that Antonio was in fact there during this happened, but that conflicted with the other testimonies of the others, but in fact kenisa could not place Antonio Wallace at the scene during the time of these incidents either, during trial the victim was asked did Antonio Wallace Rob you and the victim stated NO SIR also during trial the victim was asked did Antonio Wallace kidnap you and again the victim stated NO SIR. During this said trial kenisa rush who participated in the robbery and kidnapping was allowed to tell story after story, after being caught up in different of various of lies, so we the people are drawing up this petition hoping that it lands in the right lap so that we can get justice for Antonio Wallace who is currently serving time for a crime that he did not commit or take part in, and we are asking the community to please sign so that his voice to can be heard DNS that another innocent black man does not have to spend twenty to thirty years, before he is released for something he did not do....
