Dear Friends of Magruder Park --

Preparations are moving ahead to Celebrate Magruder Park on October 19th between 1pm and 5pm. Our community is coming together for this event, with many talented neighbors pitching in. Here are a few events that we've confirmed so far:

Musical Performances by:

• Michael Buschbacher and Jared Marx
• Linda Harris & CJ Jeffrey
• Janine Wilson Band

Guided Nature activities for kids of all ages:

• Learn more about the different species of flora that inhabit Magruder Park on a tree walk led by Dr. David Ruppert
• Learn to identify some of the dozens of species of birds that call Magruder Park their home, with the Prince George's County Audubon Society
