Our paychecks are getting smaller.

As our "rolling average" (as they call it) declines our paychecks go down with it. We get paid commission, on a 4-week rolling average. But now that the grooming salon is closed and we can't maintain a higher average; therefore taking a pay cut. Essentially going as low as minimum wage for most of us! We don't deserve a pay cut, we deserve to be taken care of by petsmart. At least let us take home a bag of dog food! Anything helps at this point.
