The New College For Consultants Legislation is in effect-Final transition by December 30, 2019.

While CAPIC is busy in protecting its self-interest and source of income by having ICCRC in Continuance in the new system, UCICA support group has decided to practically get involve in the transition and members true advocacy with following main Objectives:Organize and Unite members for common goals;

1. Advocacy for an equal and fair treatment for all;
2. Advocacy and voice in the new system;
3. Advocacy & Demand for Lower Membership fees;
4. Demand for 100% Free CPD programs via College;
5. Publicly exposing every actor who worked for self interest and against the members interest;
6. Openly exposing corruption, fraud and in-justice in the profession;
7. Free education and awareness for members during transition;
8. Free legal support for members during transition;......

There are around 5500 RCICs, at the time.

But by virtue of our profession, being self-employed and being regulated by the Government under new law we cannot form a union, but only may have an association. The legislation is in effect and will complete its final transition by December 30, 2019. With or without ICCRC Continuance.

We need an association which should primarily look after members’ interests
