After finishing AP Calc BC, it is recommended by our math teacher for us to take Calc 3 and Differential Equations, as they are the next step in the Calc journey. Mizzou, fortunately, allows high schoolers to take these classes. The issue, however, is that these classes cost over $400 per credit hour, and with 6 credit hours in total, would cost us over $2500 dollars.

This financial hurdle can be the reason for numerous high schoolers to give up this opportunity to expand our knowledge. We urge Mizzou and CPS to allow financial aid for us highs choolers to take their classes.
