We, the members of TWU Local 100, are calling for an Emergency Mass Membership Meeting 

WHY WE NEED A MASS MEMBERSHIP MEETING

1. LET MEMBERS SPEAK
Give workers a real opportunity to talk about what is happening on the job and what we are experiencing from management.

2. DEMAND ANSWERS
Where do we stand in contract negotiations? What is being demanded? What is being offered? What is the plan?

3. ADDRESS MANAGEMENT HARASSMENT
Members need to come together and discuss the growing problems with harassment, discipline, intimidation, and excessive management pressure.

4. FIGHT FOR FAIR WAGES
We deserve a contract that recognizes the value of our work and keeps up with the rising cost of living.

5. DECIDE OUR NEXT MOVE
The membership should have the opportunity to discuss, make motions, and vote on strategies to put real pressure on the MTA.

THIS IS OUR UNION.

We want a meeting where members can speak.

We want answers.

We want accountability.

We want a strategy.

Most importantly, we want a voice in our future.
