PETITION TO SUPPORT REZ-24-6 CONDO TOWER PROJECT

PETITION TO SUPPORT REZ-24-6 CONDO TOWER PROJECT
The Issue
Tampa has a housing supply shortage. Related Group has been helping Tampa combat this problem by adding to the supply by building everything from affordable housing to luxury condominiums. It's simple economics. More residential supply equates to lower prices. But now we have one business that wants to stop Tampa's progress because it's inconvenient for them.
This is a petition supporting Related Group's Proposed Residential Tower on the back half of Rodeph Sholom Synagogue's Property, located at 2713 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629. This petition of support for REZ-24-6 will be submitted to Tampa's City Council for a public hearing at Tampa's City Hall on February 8, 2024, at 5:01 pm.
Related Group's revised plan is a direct outcome of constructive neighborhood discussions, reflecting their respect and consideration for the community. The revised plan reflects a substantial reduction in the number of units, floors, and overall height compared to the original proposal. The new plan also preserves all Grand Oak trees, retains over 50% of the required live trees, removes the formally proposed pickleball court, improvements to Fred Ball Park, and promises to resurface Ysabella and Barcelona Streets.
Please sign this petition to show your support for the proposed residential condo tower project near Bayshore Boulevard.
Thank you!
