Petition to sue enablers, manufacturers and distributors of the drug called alcohol

The Issue

Alcohol is the root cause of problems in most peoples lives and the lives of their friends, but it has also claimed the lives of three family members and threatens the life of another, my wife, an extreme closet alcoholic who is addicted to the drug called alcohol.

This is a national emergency. This devastation isn't just personal; it's a widespread issue affecting over 30 million people, which is major contributor to the homeless epidemic across America.

The enablers, like all governments, allow this destruction by treating alcohol as a taxable commodity while doing little to address the consequences of its consumption. It's a revolving door where 30 million lives are trapped in a cycle of abuse, facilitated by governmental negligence and greed.

Federal and state governments are complicit in the undue suffering inflicted upon millions through their regulation of alcohol. Our lives are severely impacted every day due to the reckless and profit-driven practices sanctioned by these authorities—our alleged protectors. A class action lawsuit is not just necessary; it is imperative to hold these agencies, alcohol manufacturers and distributors accountable for their role in this crisis.

We demand reparation for the pain and suffering of 30 million people to the tune of 51 trillion dollars. This figure is not arbitrary and does not include the dead; it stems from the catastrophic financial losses incurred by countless individuals and families ravaged by alcohol-related harm.

It's time to dismantle the bureaucratic ties that bind us to destruction. We need actionable change to prevent further loss of life and health. Stand with us as we fight against these abuses of power. Sign this petition to take a stand against government and corporate exploitation of alcohol, and help us pave the way for a safer, healthier future for countless Americans. Together, we can move towards holding those responsible accountable and instigate real transformation.
