Petition to stop USPS hiding things that negatively impact it like returns for lost packag

The Issue

My story is about how terrible the USPS website is and how they try and hide things that negatively impact them. My story starts when I was twelve I was trying to make some extra money so I started a little business where I went around my apartment building asking people if they wanted to sell anything and then I would post it on eBay and then steel it for them and then they would get 60% of the money back. My mom told me there was something in our apartment we could sell and so I put it up on eBay it was a wooden name cheese cutting board with two metal utensils on each side which originally costed $100 and somone bought my dad drove me to the closest USPS to ship the package everything went smoothly at the USPS office but a couple days later I got a notification from the buyer that there product had not arrived and that they had tried to file a claim or complaint to USPS but nothing had happend or they couldn’t do it now at this point I’m kinda mad because there asking for there money back but I won’t get the product back and I won’t get any money so a couple days later when still nothing has really happend I send them the money back because they’ve been constantly messaging me. Then a couple weeks later I’m in Denver with my dad and we are driving I forget to where but we stop by a USPS post office and the my dad mentions that the product was lost and he says after 30 days you can file a claim and this sparks the whole USPS return proccess first my dad investigates how the package was lost it turns out it was lost in a storm in Houston and so then we file a complaint a couple weeks later we go in tot he USPS website and after a couple minutes searching on the internet because the claim was hard to find and maybe we thought that it was just not searched and used often and so once we find it there’s a button to file a complaint online so we hit that button and realistically you shouldn’t need to sign in but we have to sign in or make a new account which we did and then it brings us to a whole new page you would think that when you log in it would still keep you were you were filing a complaint so we go back for the page before were you file a claim and then we hit log in and finally we can fill out the claim so we start filing out the stuff and some of it has the little saris like the buyers name which on the eBay account did not show the full name then we scroll down and I try to give the item name of named cheese board cutter but that to long I try to give cheese board but that’s still to long so I put nambe then for the product type there wasn’t even a kitchen type so I hit other and I have fifteen characters and I write nambe cheese cutter and then for the product description you have 120 chacters about the length of the first red it post limit but I only use 80 and then there isn’t even an option to submit claim at this point I was 30mins into this so I was enraged but the only two option were to save claim or review claim so I hit save claim and it also tells me if the claim is not filed within three days it will delete like why is that necessary then I have to find the saved claim tab in there website and at this point I feel like I’ve been searching for Atlantis so then I click on it and it says review or continue claim I hit continue like that would be common sense to continue the claim to submission but then it just puts part of the info from the original claim in so I fill out the rest again and then it’s just the save or review claim like bruh so I hit save thinking it’s the same claim but oh it’s not when I go into the saved claims and then I hit review to see what will happen and that is where you submit the claim like what but since I hit save claim the other time there are now two so I have to delete one which isn’t to hard but the other one still isn’t completed even though I completed it so I fill out the rest and finally I get to submit my claim. Then I got to file a complaint and I found several .gov websites that just led to nothing like there decoys so I’m so done with usps that I just stop so instead I come here and make a petition for USPS to stop hiding things that negatively effect it like filing claims for lost packages and the complaint features.
