Yesterday, our lawsuit challenging the rushed rezoning for the SK hynix site was heard in Tippecanoe Circuit Court. The lawyers for the City, PRF, APC, and SK hynix all pushed hard — not just to dismiss the case, but to dismiss our community’s concerns.

But the fight is still alive. The judge set another 30 days before a decision — and that means 30 more days on our side.

Why This Matters

• They wanted to silence the case and silence us. That didn’t happen.
• Residents showed up — inside and outside the courthouse — and the media reported it. Based in Lafayette and the Journal & Courier both covered our community’s presence.
